Crazy Days

I worked the past two days like crazy and only ate what was available at work besides my usual breakfast. Altogether, I’ve had a bunch of knotted butter rolls, cotton candy from Disney Live!, various concession food Easter candy, and a plated dinner from last night. And I’ve had like no water, so I’ve been having wonderful headaches because of it. Anyway, today’s my last day of work till after Easter, so I’m feeling like I’ll be able to start eating normally and be back on here everyday instead of my crazy late night posts, or even when I skip a day.

Working all day…then microwaving dinner

Breakfast:

What I ate at work:

2 bottles of water

a few dill pickle spears

“Dinner” at 11pm:

Gym….

I’ve been really slacking on my gym time the past two weeks. Last week I went three days, and then I literally worked from right after my classes till so late that the gym was closed. So, I guess I don’t feel too bad about not making it 4 days last week, but this week has been horrible! I only went Monday night with the boys, and didn’t even have time for cardio before I had to head off to a meeting. Then Tuesday I worked, and yesterday I woke up feeling horribly sore and stiff, and my eyes were bright red and I just felt kind of awful, plus I had church and choir practice at night when the boys were planning on going to the gym. The next few days don’t look much better because I work the next 5 days, and can only go tomorrow and Monday because all the others I work right through the gym hours.  I hope my work schedule will get easier and let me go work out, because I don’t want to get away from my routine.

It’s another hectic week, unfortunately

I went to they gym with Caleb and Steve, but didn’t get a chance to do any cardio, just lifting and a bit of ab stuff. I got pulled away to a meeting and then homework, and all the rest of the week I work, so there’s that. But here’s what I ate today: the usual breakfast, quick lunch while studying of a ham sandwich on marble rye, and a very late dinner of a chicken wrap and homemade chips. Also, I had a large amount of honey wheat pretzel twists and a huge Rome Apple.
